Commerzbank has revised its silver price outlook downward following a recent drop in the metal’s value. According to FX Street, silver prices fell sharply from USD 70 to USD 57.50 per troy ounce.

The bank now projects silver to reach USD 67 per troy ounce by the end of this year, with a longer-term forecast of USD 80 by the end of 2027. These adjustments reflect the current market weakness and a cautious outlook on silver's near-term recovery.

For Japanese investors, these revised forecasts come as global commodity markets face heightened volatility amid fluctuating economic conditions and currency movements, impacting portfolio strategies across FX, crypto, and equities.
