United Overseas Bank’s Quek Ser Leang has shared his outlook on the EUR/USD currency pair, highlighting a consolidation phase with a slight downside bias in the short term. According to FX Street, he expects intraday movements to remain between 1.1405 and 1.1450.
Looking further ahead, over the next one to three weeks, Quek maintains an overall upside bias for the Euro against the US Dollar, provided the 1.1405 support level holds. However, momentum toward the 1.1520 resistance level remains uncertain during this period.
For Japanese market participants, these projections are particularly relevant given the ongoing sensitivities in currency markets amid global economic shifts and Bank of Japan policy considerations.
