China’s manufacturing sector displayed a notable improvement in September, with the Manufacturing PMI rising to 52.1 from 51.5 in August, surpassing market expectations of 51.6, according to FX Street.
The services sector also expanded, as the Services PMI edged up to 51.6 in September, maintaining positive momentum for the broader economy.
These PMI gains highlight continued recovery and growth in China’s economic activity, which could influence regional trade and investment flows, particularly for Japanese markets closely connected to China’s industrial and service sectors.
