Dow Jones futures climbed 0.59% to around 52,680 during European trading hours on Friday, fueled by optimism in the technology sector following strong earnings from Microsoft, FX Street reported.

S&P 500 futures also gained 0.44%, trading near 7,500, while Nasdaq 100 futures saw a notable increase of 1.10%, reaching approximately 28,540. Deutsche Bank strategists highlighted that Microsoft’s robust results sparked a global tech rebound, lifting not only US indexes but also the KOSPI and semiconductor stocks.

For Japanese investors, this tech-driven momentum underscores the potential impact of global technology earnings on regional markets, including Korea’s KOSPI, which often influences broader Asian equity trends.
